These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services provided by Women with a Party Plan (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Offered

Women with a Party Plan provides event planning services including teepee sleepovers, birthday parties, weddings, and other event-related services. Specific services, pricing, and availability may vary and are subject to change.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings require confirmation and may require a deposit.

  • Final payment is due by the event date, unless otherwise stated.

  • Travel fees may apply for events located more than 20 miles from Etna, OH.

  • Add-ons and upgrades must be selected in advance and may incur additional costs.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans change. Please notify us as early as possible for any cancellations.

  • Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the notice and nature of the event.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • In the event we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or reschedule.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate event information (location, timing, preferences)

  • Ensuring the event space is safe and accessible

  • Supervising all children during teepee or glamping events

  • Notifying us of allergies, restrictions, or special needs in advance

5. Use of Website

You agree not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the website or its functionality. Content may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Accidental damage to client property

  • Injuries resulting from unsafe conditions or lack of supervision

  • Delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control (weather, emergencies, etc.)

7. Media Consent

We may request permission to take photos of your event for use in our portfolio or social media. You have the right to decline media consent at any time.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services means you accept the revised terms.
